Early to bed, early to rise.
I really screwed my sleep schedule up this weekend. I like to blame it on insomnia, but it’s just sleeping from waking up at 11am and not being able to fall asleep 12 hours later.
If I get up early enough tomorrow I think I’m going to dye my hair before work.

I just spent my entire savings on getting my car fixed; new tires, tie rods and an alignment. I knew it had to be done, I was just hoping to wait for it. I put a little over 200 miles a week on a car that already has 188,000 miles on it (I know!) so it was time. I am hoping to make it to 200k before I trade it in for a used Hyundai Santa Fe. well I made it through the day on three hours of sleep. It would have been worse, I think, had those three hours been towards the early morning instead of late at night. I have a bit of a headache right now, but I took a pill and am drinking fluids (lemonade from Chik-fil-a) so I should be better soon. I don’t think I’ll be able to stay up for Eureka, but we’ll see.
Alright then.
I’m up for the day, having slept from 2030 - 2345. I’m listening to Fink, who I haven’t listened to in a long time, and about to hop in the shower. At least I can get to work on time and get out of there early.

OK I guess I am going to try to go back to sleep. Usually when I go to sleep early I wake up around 4am and then I’m up for the day. But it’s 1:30 and I’ve had 3.5 hours sleep and I think by 7am I’m going to be exhausted. But I’m really not sleepy right now.
I’m going to leave the computer on but that may be more of a temptation.
