My netbook died this weekend. This will be the third harddrive in 14 months. I have to use my five-year old Windows XP desktop to watch Sherlock on, which is the computer I used to watch the first season. But I am afraid that I will not be able to watch the livestreams, as I have very little memory, and the longer I use a browser, the more likely it is to crash. I have to run CCleaner every few hours as it is, even with Chrome. Anyway, I will be there Monday at 3.10pm to watch, but I may just have to watch the download around 7pm EST. Send me good streaming thoughts!
ETA: I have moved all my documents and movies on to USB sticks, and cleaned and defragged the harddrive. I am ready! The thing is the first 3 eps of Sherlock were HD, and really big files, and the only place I could play them was my desktop. The processor on my netbook couldn’t handle them. So I have no doubt I will be able to d/l them Monday evening, but I still have my doubts about the livestream.
