My kid broke his wrist and is in a cast for a month and we aren’t sure how to protect the cast.

1. random-nexus answered: Yep. Tape a plastic bag over the cast. It might work better if you have medical tape, but electrical or duct tape is a sure thing.
2. consultingdepressive said: Though it may take a bit of rubbing alcohol to get the “sticky” off from the edges of the duct tape. But seriously, that’s how we did it in our house. Cover the cast and you’re good to go.
3. consultingdepressive answered: Oh, boo! Well, you cover the arm with a heavy-duty plastic bag, seal the edges with duct tape and good to go, I think.
