I took a photo with my phone. First I uploaded it to Dropbox. It came out flipped sideways. Then I emailed it to myself. Still sideways. What the hell? Anyone know how to fix this?

If you have windows, and rotate it with the viewer then open it with photoshop it should open however it’s rotated
